The point forward himself, Boris Diaw will be donning the black and silver once again for the San Antonio Spurs. Diaw, who was one of the key pieces for the Spurs as they won the NBA championship in June, got paid like a champ.

According to Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo Sports, Boris Diaw has reached an agreement on a three-year, $22 million deal.

This is huge for San Antonio as they re-signed Patty Mills earlier this week and Tim Duncan announced he is coming back for another season. So it is possible for the Spurs to make a run at the title next season. This past season, Diaw averaged 9.1 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 2.8 assists per game. In the playoffs, Diaw who was tremendous on both sides of the ball averaged 9.2 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 3.4 assists per game.

With Diaw back in the fold, this Spurs team is just as dangerous heading into next season. Diaw, who is happy to be back with the Spurs, said this via Instagram:

Spurs fans be prepared because this team is locked and loaded for a possible repeat.
