Cary Williams does not want to play with cheating New England Patriots

As becoming more of a common trend in the NFL these days, more teams are starting to practice against each other. This gives players a chance to hit somebody else in a way plus it lets coaches see how their players play against other competition. This season, just like last season, the Eagles will be practicing against the New England Patriots but this time it will be in Foxboro.

One Eagles player is not a fan of that and that is outspoken cornerback Cary Williams. Williams, who does not have a filter for his mouth and will play physical in practice, got into it with the Patriots last training camp which resulted in him being kicked out of practice for fighting.

Today, Williams made it known how he feels about the Patriots saying “They are cheaters. They are.” Cary Williams is obviously harping on the Spygate scandal which shed a new light on the New England Patriots franchise and Bill Belicheck.

Williams continued to say:

You don’t wanna give any — I don’t care whether it’s the Patriots or it’s the the dang Bengals, whoever it is — you don’t want to give them an opportunity to look at your stuff. That’s just me, from a personal standpoint. I don’t want to show none of my cards.

Cary Williams is right in that facet because if you end up playing this team in the Super Bowl you don’t want them to know your tactics but it is a long season, things change.

Finally, if you thought that Williams was done talking, he wasn’t as he added this little tidbit.

I’m trying not to go into details about it or disrespect that organization because I give that organization nothing but … you still got to go out there and play the game. All the credit. I give them all the credit in the world. But one fact still remains, they haven’t won a Super Bowl since they got caught.

Don’t you just love Cary Williams? Hopefully he keeps on talking and playing physical in the regular season because nobody likes a player that can’t backup his words.
