Barlotta’s Draft Corner: 2015 NFL Mock Draft v.2

x-factor-2014-results-wk4-09

1. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Jameis Winston QB, FSU

– Jameis Winston is the only pick in my opinion. He is the safest pick for a Tampa team who isn’t far off from being a playoff team. You have the ability to team him up with Mike Evans and have an elite one-two punch.

2. Tennessee Titans: Leonard Williams DT, USC

– Leonard Williams is the best player in the draft. At 6-foot-5 304 lbs, the ability to pair him up with Jurrell Casey would be unimaginable.

3. Jacksonville Jaguars: Dante Fowler EDGE, Florida

– Dante Fowler is slowly making a case for being the number one EDGE player in the class. Fowler would allow Jacksonville to play a little more “free” on defense.

4. Oakland Raiders: Amari Cooper WR, Alabama

– Time to give Derek Carr a weapon. Derek Carr had a pretty solid year even with his number one target being James Jones. Give the Raiders another offensive weapon along with a solid off season this team could be really good.

5. Washington Redskins: Brandon Scherff OT, Iowa

– The Redskins need to start protecting RG3. You already have Trent Williams on the outside, go add a free agent lineman along with Brandon Scherff from Iowa.

6. New York Jets: Marcus Mariota QB, Oregon

The Jets need to connect on a quarterback pick. If they have the opportunity to draft Marcus Mariota a potential franchise quarterback they have to pull the trigger.

7. Chicago Bears: Randy Gregory EDGE, Nebraska

– The Bears need to recreate the Bears defenses of recent years. Give them an above average edge rusher to learn from Lance Briggs and I think they are on their way back.

8. Atlanta Falcons: Alvin “Bud” Dupree EDGE, Kentucky

– As you can see there is no shortage of edge rushing this year. The Falcons had a hard time getting to the quarterback last year. Time to change that.

9. New York Giants: Danny Shelton DT,Washington

– The Giants are known for taking the best player on the board. At this point in the draft Danny Shelton is the best player.

10. St. Louis Rams: Trae Waynes CB, Michigan State

– Rams need to pair a corner across from Janoris Jenkins. I believe Trae Waynes could do something special in this defense. Rams are on there way friends.

11. Minnesota Vikings: Kevin White WR, WVU

12. Cleveland Browns: Shane Ray EDGE, Missouri

13. New Orleans Saints: Shaq Thompson OLB, Washington

14. Miami Dolphins: DeVante Parker WR, Louisville

15. San Francisco 49ers: La’el Collins OT, LSU

16. Houston Texans: Jaelen Strong WR, Arizona State

17. San Diego Chargers: Kevin Johnson CB, Wake Forest

18. Kansas City Chiefs: Dorial Green-Beckham WR, Oklahoma

19. Cleveland Browns (From Buffalo): Malcolm Brown DT, Texas

20. Philadelphia Eagles: Brett Hundley QB, UCLA

21. Cincinnati Bengals: Landon Collins S, Alabama

22. Pittsburgh Steelers: Marcus Peters CB, Washington

23. Detroit Lions: Arik Armstead DE, Oregon

24. Arizona Cardinals: Melvin Gordon RB, Wisconsin

25. Carolina Panthers: Andrus Peat OT, Stanford

26. Baltimore Ravens: Owamagbe Odighizuwa DE, UCLA

27. Dallas Cowboys: Todd Gurley RB, Georgia

28. Denver Broncos: Cameron Erving OL, FSU

29. Indianapolis Colts: Ereck Flowers OT, Miami

30. Green Bay Packers: Erik Kendricks ILB, UCLA

31. Seattle Seahawks: Eddie Goldman DT, FSU

32. New England Patriots: Devin Smith WR, Ohio State
