Titans News and Notes

I’m not feeling very creative right now, so I thought I’d bring you up to date on a few developments in Titans-land we haven’t reported on yet.
First, the Tennessean reported the Titans have switched their primary jersey from navy to light blue. Oddly, neither the official site nor the pro shop has made a big deal of this. Note the discrepancy, though: the picture in the Tennessean article is all light blue-ish, rather than the two-tone blue we’re used to. At least the Titans aren’t Oregon, which has a new jersey most every week thanks to Phil Knight, many of them unwatchable.
Paul Kuharsky reports no long-term deal with Albert Haynesworth is expected to be reached before the deadline on the 15th. No surprise at all to me.
In news probably of more interest to me than anybody else, the kickoff time for the Titans’ 4th preseason game at Green Bay has been moved up from 7 PM CT to 6 PM CT. If anybody else has plans to be at Lambeau, let me know.
Finally, single-game home tickets go on sale this Saturday at 10 A.M. Any suggestions on the best place to sit in LP Field for somebody who’s never there? Is there any visiting team you’re especially eager to see? Will the Titans and Vikings combine to throw for fewer than 20 passes September 28th?
