All times Central, of course, and games Sunday except as noted.  It’s, well, certainly an interesting schedule.  The start of the year seems much less formidable than the start of last season, with the first 4 games against non-playoff teams, and 3 of those at home, including the likely Roethlisberger-less Steelers.  Of course, that means 4 of the next 5 are on the road.

I’m particularly intrigued by the 3 straight home divisional games in December, and game at the Texans before the start of that stretch.  I don’t think I like the league’s new emphasis on late season divisional games.  The Titans will now have played at Indy in Week 17 3 of the past 4 seasons; the game was completely meaningless once and flexed to Sunday Night Football the other time, and I’d say it’s virtually certain the 2010 contest will have one of those two fates.  Selfishly, since Indy is the only opponent in driving distance for me, I’d prefer a game earlier in the year, one that definitely wouldn’t be meaningless.

For more reactions, see Jeff Fisher, Paul Kuharsky, and Jim Wyatt, not that any of them says much interesting.
