Beau Brinkley, Marqueston Huff, Steven Johnson, Jeremiah Poutasi, and Justin Staples each only appeared on special teams. Joe Looney and Zach Mettenberger were active but did not appear in the game.
Notes and miscellaneous observations:
1. Coincidence, conspiracy, or glitch in the matrix? Just like in the Week 11 game between the two games, the Titans ran 70 snaps on offense and the Jaguars ran 60 snaps on defense.
2. David Cobb rotated series with Antonio Andrews, and his 28 snaps more than doubled his total in his previous two games combined.
3. This was the first time since he played 19 of 82 snaps back against the Colts in Week 3 that Jalston Fowler hit double-digit snaps. He played 9 of the 70 snaps in the first meeting between the two teams. Speaking of fullbacks, Karl Klug has not played on offense since 1 snap against the Bills in Week 5.
4. In each of the five games since he returned from injury, Harry Douglas has played the most snaps of any Titans receiver.
5. Phillip Supernaw’s 13 snaps were a season high for him, surpassing the 10 he had in Week 3 and in the previous Titans-Jaguars game.
6. After making at least one in-game change in each of the first seven games, Sunday was the fifth consecutive game the Titans starting offensive line played every snap.
7. Jurrell Casey led the defensive line group in snaps, as he has every game save the Panthers loss. At 82% of snaps, it was the 8th time this season he played at least 80% of the snaps on defense.
8. Wesley Woodyard’s 26 snaps were his fewest since he played 25 in Week 8 against the Texans.
9. Titans CB3 B.W. Webb 25 snaps (32 if you want to give him Blidi Wreh-Wilson’s as well), Jacksonville WR3 Bryan Walters 19 snaps. Normally closer than this, or at least it was.
