Telfair practiced with the team on Tuesday morning after missing
Monday’s practice, but he is expected to miss Wednesday’s game to
attend the funeral of his grandmother in New York.

He’s (Telfair) leaving us today to go to his grandmother’s funeral.
Luckily we went through it in Turkey and London, and then here in the
exhibition season. Then, we didn’t have Randy or Sebastian. We did it
by committee and I don’t have any problem going in there with the guys
that we have and the guys that will handle the ball for us coming off
the bench. That’s not too much of a worry. Obviously I wish we had
everybody, Randy and Sebastian, but we don’t.

He is going to the doctor tomorrow. I think he has an appointment with his doctor in Birmingham.
