Notes on Charlotte game

Mike Trudell/Timberwolves site posts a scouting report and some notes on tonight’s game against the Bobcats:

– Forward Corey Brewer is doubtful with a thigh contusion.

– Guard Marko Jaric will be a game-time decision, also with a thigh
contusion. Jaric did look pretty good in a post-practice game of 3-on-3
Monday afternoon.

Look for Kirk Snyder to make his first start tonight since joining the
Wolves if Brewer can’t play. Snyder’s great defense on Seattle rookie
Kevin Durant impressed Wolves coach Randy Wittman.

Kent Youngblood/Star Tribune on this morning’s shootaround:
Rashad McCants (flu) was not there; he was sent to the doctor. Coach Randy Wittman said he would be a game-time decision.

Update:
Wolves head coach Randy Wittman told reporters in his pregame chat that
Rashad McCants (possible food poisoning) and Corey Brewer (thigh) will
not play against the Bobcats. Kirk Snyder will start in Brewer’s place.
