"When you play at UCLA, all summer long you play against the pros — Paul Pierce, Tayshaun Prince, Tyson Chandler, Craig Smith, Baron Davis, Elton Brand, Kobe (Bryant), they all play up there — in UCLA pickup games. And when you have success against those guys, you know you can do it when the (NBA) games start. You’ve been battle-tested, and he (Love) has done well against that level of talent."
