Junior Welterweight Bout: Adrien Broner (27-1) vs. Carlos Molina (17-1-1)
Luke Irwin: Mayweather/Golden Boy could have easily put together Khan/Broner, but they wanted to give Broner his bounceback fight. Couldn’t risk him dropping two in a row. He’ll clean up here. Broner via UD.
Super Middleweight Bout: J’Leon Love (17-0) vs. Marco Antonio Periban (20-1-1)
Luke Irwin: Logical step up for Love, as Periban has been around and barely lost a split-decision for the WBC world title just two fights ago. This will put Love into the contender’s division if he can take it, and it will be close, close fight, but I think he will. Love via SD.
