Stop Everything, Chris Kluwe is Playing the Sitar

Everyone, stop what you’re doing and watch this video on Facebook: Chris Kluwe, the formidable punter of the Minnesota Vikings and extreme bassist of local band Tripping Icarus, is playing the sitar. Should it be surprising that it sounds pretty awesome?

Also, just as an aside, nice zoom in on the boobs. And I do like how Kluwe wears a Vikings hat on the reg. Good for you, Chris, good for you. Repping those horns HARD.

Anyway, Kluwe’s band, Tripping Icarus, has a new album coming out soon. Kluwe apparently twangs a little sitar string on this album, which pretty much automatically means it’s going to be awesome. Why? Two easy reasons: Kluwe is awesome, and sitars are awesome. Those Orientals are really on to some shit.
