Minnesota Vikings – Kicked Up Juicy Lucy Burger

Ingredients

2 – 1/3 Ground Beef Patties

2 Slices of Pepperjack Cheese

1 Raw Jalapeno Pepper

1 Raw Serrano Pepper

Hot Sauce (Your Choice)

Burger Bun (Your Choice)

Spices Include – Salt, Pepper, Meat Seasoning, Garlic Seasoning, Cajun, Max Spice, Crushed Red Pepper & Hamburger Seasoning

  1. Mix all the spices together and coat them evenly on both sides of each of the burger patties.
  2. Fold the 2 slices of Pepperjack cheese in half, they should almost break into squares and place one of them in the bottom of the burger
  3. Slice up both the Jalapeno & Serrano peppers and place them on top of the cheese of the bottom burger patty.
  4. Pour some of your hot sauce on top of the peppers.
  5. Then cover the peppers with the other slices of Pepperjack cheese.
  6. Cover and pitch the burger shut with the other burger patty.
  7. Place the burger on the grill and cook it to your degree of wellness.
  8. Toast the bun to help hold the burger together
  9. When both are ready, put them together and dig in! Enjoy!
