Minnesota Vikings – Kicked Up Juicy Lucy Burger
Ingredients
2 – 1/3 Ground Beef Patties
2 Slices of Pepperjack Cheese
1 Raw Jalapeno Pepper
1 Raw Serrano Pepper
Hot Sauce (Your Choice)
Burger Bun (Your Choice)
Spices Include – Salt, Pepper, Meat Seasoning, Garlic Seasoning, Cajun, Max Spice, Crushed Red Pepper & Hamburger Seasoning
- Mix all the spices together and coat them evenly on both sides of each of the burger patties.
- Fold the 2 slices of Pepperjack cheese in half, they should almost break into squares and place one of them in the bottom of the burger
- Slice up both the Jalapeno & Serrano peppers and place them on top of the cheese of the bottom burger patty.
- Pour some of your hot sauce on top of the peppers.
- Then cover the peppers with the other slices of Pepperjack cheese.
- Cover and pitch the burger shut with the other burger patty.
- Place the burger on the grill and cook it to your degree of wellness.
- Toast the bun to help hold the burger together
- When both are ready, put them together and dig in! Enjoy!
