Wide. Left.
From my “nosebleed”seat at TCF Bank Stadium I am awestruck.
“How could he miss that!”
I hear someone say, as I think the same thing to myself.
I don’t need to explain. I don’t need to provide dates and times to you Vikings fans. I was there. Last January. My tears are just now beginning to thaw.
But now it’s June. And football is in the air again. Well, I should say, it too is thawing once again.
So why do we do it? Why do we come back year after year, season after season?
It’s simple really.
Hope.
Only ONE team wins the Superbowl each year.
And, oh by the way, our Vikes drafted excellently once again this year. We ARE division champs by the way.
Oh and…we just built a new Valhalla.
Superbowl 53 will be in our house. Which leads me to a bold SKOL prediction: Our Minnesota Vikings will play in SB 53.
And win?
