As I mentioned earlier, I was both blacked out from watching this game and at the Durham Bulls game tonight, so I didn’t get to see the Pirates get swept by the Nats, or see Jose Tabata’s first career extra base hit or Andrew McCutchen start to come out of his slump a little bit.
What I did get to see, though, was JJ Furmaniak playing shortstop for Durham and JR House catching for Buffalo (the Mets’ Triple-A affiliate). Ahh, memories.
