Andrew McCutchen is back in the lineup for the first time in a week, and the Pirates look to avoid a sweep at the hands of the Padres and to snap a three-game losing streak. Things have gone downhill pretty quickly from the team that battered the Brewers into submission on Wednesday, but besides a couple bad innings on Friday and Saturday they really haven’t played all that poorly the last few days.
