The Pirates try to keep up their surprisingly solid road play tonight with Paul Maholm on the mound in Denver. They got a great pitching performance from Kevin Correia and the bullpen last night (Chris Resop, in particular, is on fire lately) and the offense at least got their money’s worth from their six hits, with two of them going for homers and one for a triple. So can they keep going like this on the road? Tonight the Rockies send Jason Hammel to the mound against Maholm as they try to avoid a two-game losing streak at home to the Pirates.
