Is Colorado ready to join the PAC 10, like, now?? And is Notre Dame suddenly the lynchpin in this whole thing???
Maybe, and, maybe…..
First, Notre Dame.

So let’s see. Now if Notre Dame accepts the Big Ten offer, the Big Ten closes shop at 12 teams? Nebraska, Mizzou and the rest stay put, meaning, well, the Big 12 could hold it together after all? And the proverbial “hot chick” in all this, Texas, stays put?? Damn.
If this happens, Notre Dame to the Big Ten, then we might have to kiss the super conference idea good bye!
Also, the same writer who has been breaking these stories left and right has another one for you. Orangeblood.com is reporting that CU officials are holding a meeting tonight, and they could be trying to accept the Pac Ten offer NOW, instead of waiting to see what happens with Baylor, Texas, Notre Dame, etc! Per the article, there could be a major announcement by CU on Wednesday.
Crazy, crazy, crazy times. Oh, and for good measure, Ted Miller has a PM “expansion roundup” post (yee-haw!) with yes, you guessed it, even MORE links! Just in case, you know, you just can’t get enough??
As usual, the story keeps twisting and turning. Hey, whatever happens, at least it’s been good drama for a usually super-slow time, right?
All for now. Go Cougs!
