-So the Bills finally have decided to end the QB controversy at One Bills Drive. My god, didn’t this QB dilemma take you back to Flutie/Johnson? I can’t remember a time when a fan base had absolutely no buzz in regards to when Trent Edwards was coming back. Hell, with all the Mike Vick talk, I forgot Edwards was even hurt. I remember the days of when Jim Kelly would get hurt and people would tune in with anticipation for when the prodigal son would return. I know, Kelly isn’t Edwards, but the reality is fans didn’t even give a crap when Edwards was coming back-
-So Tony Dungy still thinks Vick would be a good fit with Buffalo because of the weapons the team has. Sure, the Bills have weapons, but Vick represents the soldier who couldn’t kill squat in “Saving Private Ryan.” If you don’t have the right trigger man, your weapons are useless. That’s the problem with Vick. In his years as a starting QB, he has made his skill players completely non-existent. Don’t believe me? Ask Roddy White, Peerless Price, and Michael Jenkins-
-Welcome back James Hardy! Did you know that the Buffalo Bills selected James Hardy over Desean Jackson in 2008 NFL Draft? Yeah, that makes me feel good. The Bills better hope to get something out of Hardy because he’s the heir apparent to T.O. and Josh Reed (FA after the season). Not sure how much of an opportunity Hardy will get on the field, considering the Bills don’t run a lot of 4 wide receiver sets-
-So am I the only one who is over Marshawn Lynch? I’ve been a big supporter of “Beast Mode,” but these days he’s looking more like “Least Mode.” Lynch should thank the stars from above he was a 1st round pick of the Bills, because that’s the only reason he is keeping his starting job. I think the biggest issue with Lynch is he is dancing way too much and isn’t hitting the hole hard enough. Look, I’ve been a big Lynch fan, but when Fred Jackson is in there by himself, the team looks a lot better-
-Can Dick Jauron be more of an idiot? When talking about Roscoe Parrish today, Jauron mentioned that Roscoe still has a part on this team. As what? A water boy? Maybe he can throw a white towel in the air and be the next M.L. Carr. I still don’t get why Parrish is still on the team. As much as I think Parrish is overrated, a 2-time defending punt return champion shouldn’t be subject to rotting in the press box-
