Bills/Jags staff predictions by @ScottyMCSS @BradleyGelber @RDotDeuce @BLeez17 and a cast of 1000s

Joe@Buffalowins (3-3)- If the Bills somehow lose on Sunday, they better extend their bye week into England because the Buffalo villagers will be at the airport with pitchforks and torches. The Bills are banged up and the Jags aren’t very good. The Jags are 30th in scoring and 30th in points given up. Its interesting how they haven’t scored many points because they are 15th in total yards. The Jags haven’t been able to rush the football worth a damn as they are the only NFL team to not have a rushing TD and are 22nd in YPC. The Jags have given up 30+ points in 3 of their last 6 games. Not sure if this means much, but EJ had 3TDs and put up 27 points against the Jags during his rookie year. This is going to be a tough, ugly game especially with the Bills injury issues. The Bills best weapon (McCoy) is going up against the top rush defense in the NFL that is giving up 3.4 YPC. I have a bad feeling about this game…Just too many injuries on offense will doom the Bills. 13-10, Jags.

Michael Necci @manecci 3-3 (Like The Bills!) No Tyrod Taylor, No Sammy Watkings, No Percy Harvin (Retried? Frustrated? #SOURCES), No Seantrel Henderson, No Karlos Williams, and No Kyle Williams. So if you’re keeping score that’s the Bills starting QB, RT, both starting WR’s, backup RB, and starting DT. all OUT for Sunday. 5 Starters and 1 backup. Injured. Out. The Bills bye week can’t come fast enough, and to be honest, I think all of you should sleep in and take a two week break from this mess. I’ll take the Jaguars 23 Bills 14

Chris: I don’t know my record, I’m sick of injuries and they better damn well win the game.

Mike@mack10zie Buffalo (-5.5) at? Jacksonville While this is truly a neutral site game, it’s not like playing in Jacksonville isn’t either. With all the injuries mounting up, and not just injuries, but injuries to important guys, the bye week can’t come soon enough for Buffalo. This is a game Buffalo 100% has to win if they are thinking playoffs. Jacksonville has been the worst team in the league for the last decade and seemingly isn’t that improved. While they do have a nice young QB and running back, Buffalo (even with injuries) is the more talented team. If Rex Ryan’s defense ever needed to show up, it’s this game. I just don’t have much confidence in an EJ led offense missing Percy and Sammy again to score many point unless given a short field. If Buffalo is not a +2 for the game, or have special teams score, or set up a score, I think they are in trouble. They are a dink and dunk offense with EJ, and I just don’t see him putting together many 12 play scoring drives, unless McCoy touches the ball on 8 of those plays. I would definitely take Jacksonville and the points here. I’d even be tempted to take the Jags outright to win. I’ll go Buffalo 20-17, but I don’t feel good about this game at all.

Scott Michalak (@ScottyMCSS) (4-2) Welcome to The Bills in Toronto in London Series. A decimated starting lineup will have a tough time against the Jags. We have jet lag on our side, so-we-have-that-going-for-us-which-is-nice. I’m clearly grasping at straws here, and so will the Bills. Thank god this one starts at 9:30 in the morning so we can get it over with early and clear yet even more time for that looooooong bye week discussion about how the season is over #FireEveryone #AlwaysNextYear #Pegulas #Rex #CurseOfFredJackson #BlowItAllUp #Suffering. Enjoy! Jags 20, Bills 10

Brad Gelber, @BradleyGelber (3-3): Tyrod is out again, along with most of the Bills offensive play makers. Despite EJ getting another start, I think the Bills defense bounces back vs. the Jags. Despite EJ’s claim that he’s playing the Jacksonville defense and not his former coaches (Marrone/Hackett,) it’s impossible not to feed off that as a competitor. I think it’ll be closer than it should be with the Bills back-ups on the field, but they escape to the BYE over .500. Can’t ask for much more. 20-13 Bills

Luke Wachob (4-2) @lukewachob – Last week I went with my gut over my brain and took the Bills to upset Cincy. Clearly, that didn’t happen, so this week I’m going back to the cold logic of picking the better team. Even with injuries, I think the Bills are better than the Jags. Jacksonville is 1-5, has failed to score 20 points in 3 of their 6 games, and is coming off losses to mediocre teams in the Houston Texans and Tampa Bay Bucs. The game should be close and plenty frustrating because the Bills can’t score in bunches, but I expect another Tennessee-style ugly win. Bills 16-13.

Rich (@RDotDeuce, 4-2): EJ’s getting another start in England vs the Jaguars. Nearly every offensive player is hurt. The defense is being questioned and the GM might get canned because he isn’t the guy the owners hired. AKA Week six in Buffalo. Even with the discord (and EJ starting again – *clutches pearls) I think the Bills have enough in Shady, Clay and the remaining “Cold Front” to stifle the Jags. If they don’t, I’ll be following up with an article on the GM candidates and draft picks that should be kept track of the rest of the season. The Bills have to sweep the AFC South if they’re going to have a hint of hope of making the post-season, so I’m going to call it Buffalo 24, Jacksonville 13.

Mike Migliore (@mmigliore) Record: 4-2- This week is the Bills’ European Vacation and the scene where Clark Griswold keeps driving around the Lambeth Bridge Roundabout over and over again might be a perfect metaphor for our collective existence as Bills fans. Year after year, so much hope and promise gets tossed out the window by midseason as injuries, poor quarterbacking, incompetent coaching or a combination of all of the above seem to derail Buffalo’s playoffs hopes. We keep going around and around this endless ride with no hope in sight of finding our way out of the traffic. We might be entering the roundabout once again here in 2015. The Bills are .500 with their starting quarterback nursing an MCL injury, the defense not playing to expectation, and the No. 1 and No. 2 wide receivers both on the shelf, with one of the two contemplating retirement. The good news is the Jaguars are the Bills’ opponent in London, and the Jaguars suck. Even with EJ Manuel at quarterback (*shudders*), the Bills should find a way to win Sunday morning. It will be an ugly game, probably, but the defense will play a lot better, much like they did against Indy and Tennessee. (I think this defense is still really good; they won’t face Brady or Cincy’s vastly-talented offense every week).

Get ready for a low-scoring, boring, unpleasant game that the Bills defense will close out at the end. Make sure not to be hungover before noon. Also, screw Doug Marrone. Prediction: Bills 17, Jags 13

Brett Ludwiczak – @BLeez17 – 3-3- Everything about this game is terrible. It’s in London. It’s only on the internet (at least for me since I live in Columbus, OH). Everyone is injured. The one thing I don’t think that will be terrible about this game is the result. Even with the numerous missing pieces, I still see the Bills winning this one. It might not be pretty, but at least Buffalo can regroup during the bye week at 4-3. Buffalo 23 Jacksonville 14.

@SeanCorleone – Sean – (4-2) -Boy, I can’t wait until I can wake up at 7 am to get ready to watch a shitty game through a shitty streaming service! This game is going to suck. That’s all there is to it. The Bills are without most of their offensive playmakers this weekend, and EJ is getting another start. SPECTACULAR! I’m expecting this game to be one of the worst games of week 7. I just hope that the Bills don’t find a way to lose this one, because if they do somehow, we’re talking temperature of the sun type hotness all over the Twitter machine. The Bills haven’t been good lately, but luckily, the Jags have been worse. I expect EJ to be able to do enough to win this week, with a bounce-back performance by the defense heading into the bye, but it’s not going to be pretty. Final score, Bills 17-Jags 14
