As we head into the 2016 season, there will be a few changes on the Indians roster and in a similar fashion, there will be a few changes to the Burning River Baseball writing staff as well. Joining us for the first time in 2016 will be Justin Lada (@JL_Baseball) and Gavin Potter (@potter_gavin).
Justin formerly wrote for the News Herald and will focus on the Major League team and the Lake County Captains. Gavin is coming off an internship with Indians Baseball Insider and will also write about the Indians as well as being our eyes in Akron for the Rubberducks. I’m very happy to announce that this pair of experienced writers will be joining myself, Mike Melaragno, Kevin Gall, John Hutchison and Caitlin Boron on the Burning River Baseball staff.
Keep an eye out for pieces from both of our new writers in the coming days as we will continue to publish brand new content on a daily basis with an increased focus on the Indians minor league system and the future of the franchise.
