Cleveland Baseball & Brews: What’s Your Favorite Baseball Flick?

This week on Cleveland Baseball and Brews, Brad (@BradWojdyla) and I were again joined by Best Friend Steph Who’s Here To Drink, and two guest appearances by WTAM’s Glenn Forbes (@GlennForbes1) and Will Burge (@WillBurge).

The main topic of the day? What’s your top five baseball movies, and what is one classic that you’ve never seen? I reached out to Twitter for some outside input, while Brad talked with Steph, Glenn and Will about theirs. Do their favorites match with yours?

Also, we questioned the chemistry between a pitcher and catcher, weighing the options of putting Yan Gomes on the block or not. Crazy enough, the issue seemed to solve itself in a brutal way, mid-show during yesterday’s game, when Gomes was carted off the field for a shoulder injury.

With a six-pack of Left hand Brewing’s Good Juju on the table, and the trade deadline just a little over a week away, talk went towards the All Star Game and Corey Kluber getting the win, Michael Brantley‘s rehab stint through the minor league system, what does Erik Gonzalez being called up actually mean, and a few rumors on who the Indians might be interested in.

It was a great show, and I hope you enjoy! Next week, expect guest Hayden Grove from Scout.com and a few celebratory Christmas Ales for Christmas In July!

If you have an questions, comments or suggestions, please look up Brad or I on Twitter!
