The perfect emoji for the Cardinals.
There’s no other way around it – I nailed it. The perfect Tweet and only 6 people (as of publication) recognized the genius? Not only are the they keeping it 100, but on their 100th win they clinch the division?

Soooooo good.
I’m happy for the Cardinals, but a little sad for America.
Here’s the definition of the 100 with a double underscore from ‘Emojipedia‘ (yes, a real thing):
Originating from the number 100 written on a school exam or paper to indicate a perfect score of 100 out of 100. Teachers in Japan may also use a stamp in addition to the 100 mark, to indicate that a student has performed very well. This 100 emoji is commonly used as a shorthand for 100%, with the usage meaning “keep it real” or a similar sentiment. A 100 emoji can be used to express pride or general acceptance of an idea.
No? That’s not the Cardinals season in a nutshell?
This team – this NL Central championship team – has kept it the REALIST in 2015. Body blow after body blow, the Cardinals could have taken a knee at any point the past couple of months and no one would have been able to say a peep. Hell, most of us – deep down – probably expected it at some point.
Instead?
#STLCards have become champagne connoisseurs. They're NL Central champs again: http://t.co/tDJabkgNLx pic.twitter.com/zeHykBhyKd

Poppin’ bottles.
Again.
As we sit here today, I have no idea how far the Cardinals can actually make it in the 2015 postseason tournament. They’re missing A) their unofficial team captain and field general B) their hottest hitter the past two months C) their fireball throwing, water in the face tossing weapon D) the rotational dominance from April through August E) probably 10 other things…
Still, I wouldn’t count them out. I can’t count them out.
They’re the zombie apocalypse dressed in red. Unkillable.
Death & taxes with an ornithological twist. Unavoidable.
They’re the champs of the best division in baseball and don’t seem to care what challenges are set in the path to #12.
Congratulations, boys. You earned this one.
Try to pace yourself, Nation. We’ve got 8 days before the Cubs or Pirates come to Busch Stadium for NLDS GM1.
