Busch Stadium Ranks Highly On Year End Review List

6

Our friends over at Stadium Journey have been busy in 2015.

They’ve built a database of over 2,200 stadium reviews from 51 countries. And just this year, they re-reviewed all 30 MLB stadiums.

Today, the final rankings were released

  • O.co was the worst stadium reviewed. Considering their sewage problems, that’s not much of a surprise, I suppose.
  • Marlins Park ranked 28th. It’s been open since March 2012.
  • 4/5 NL Central stadiums ranked in the top 10, with only Miller Park on the outside looking in. Probably was our visit that did them in…
  • Oriole Park at Camden Yards claimed the top spot. Probably should get there sometime since it always seems to be a stadium people give awards to.

But YOU want to know how Busch Stadium did, right?

Ranked #3.

It is difficult to imagine that Busch Stadium is entering a tenth year of service. It seems like yesterday the new ballpark replaced the old one, sharing part of a footprint after the 2005 season ended and during completion of the final stages of the new ballpark. Visit today and you would still believe it is a new ballpark. In recent years, the club has added features in the surrounding blocks and have committed to a constantly evolving menu, elevating the home of the St. Louis Cardinals among the gold standard of MLB experiences. Added to the many wonderful things Busch Stadium has to offer, in 2015, you can enjoy a more diverse and particularly tasty menu inside the ballpark and an overwhelmingly wonderful experience at Ballpark Village, just outside the left field perimeter of the stadium footprint.

At least the Cardinals beat the Cubs in something this week. Wrigley Field finished 5th.
