Dan Haren was on fire today.
The former Cardinals 2nd round pick (2001 | RD 2 | 72nd overall) recently retired and decided it was time to speak on some truth via Twitter.

Upon further review, it doesn’t seem all that egregious. Then again, you do hear the field mic pick up someone in the Diamondbacks dugout say “what a trot, dude”.
So maybe it was?
At the end of the day, if any of us hit a donger off Chris Carpenter during an MLB game (or any game), we’re going to milk it.
He gets a pass.
