More Tigers in the NFL!

The 2010 National Champion Auburn Tigers were well represented at the NFL draft with the top overall pick quarterback Cam Newton. Also selected in the first round was defensive tackle Nick Fairley. Also selected during the April NFL draft were offensive tackle Lee Ziemba and defensive tackle Zach Clayton.

With the NFL labor dispute now over, eight more former Tigers can now call themselves pro football players!

-Linebacker Josh Bynes- Baltimore Ravens

How exciting to learn behind Ray Lewis!

-Reciever Darvin Adams- Carolina Panthers

-Center Ryan Pugh- Carolina Panthers

Do you think Cam had any influence on his center and favorite target getting picked up?

-Guard Byron Isom- Minnesota Vikings

I imagine blocking for Adrian Peterson is an offensive lineman’s dream!

-Guard Mike Berry-New England Patriots

Impressive to be selected by the best scouting group in the business.

-Running back Mario Fannin- Denver Broncos

Knowshon Moreno look out!

-Cornerback Demond Washington-Kansas City Chiefs

Demond has the talent to contribute in a big way on special teams!

-Defensive Tackle-Mike Blanc- San Diego Chargers

What a class, a dozen Auburn NFL rookies and  growing!

With eleven now living the dream at the next level, its hoped another five will soon get a call as well.

-Athlete Kodi Burns

-Kicker Wes Byrum

-Linebacker Craig Stevens

-Receiver Terrell Zachery

With such a large number of players moving on the pros, Auburn coaches will certainly point to their success while recruiting the next class of future NFL Tigers!
