Game Notes: After dropping two tough games to the Yankees, the Devil Rays come in on the heels of scoring two runs in the top 10th and holding the Jays to one in the bottom 10th to win 10-8. David Wells will be returning on Friday, and we have Jermaine Van Buren for one game before we make room for David Wells. I’m not panicking, but it’s becoming clear the backend of the rotation is an issue. I’m perfectly fine with Matt Clement, unlike most of the Nation, but if David Wells can shore up the rotation and give us solid starts, then we’re going to start winning a lot more games.
