DECISION: W: Mike Timlin | L: Shaun Marcum l S: Jonathan Papelbon
STARS OF THE GAME: Manny Ramirez: 3 AB, 2 H, 2-R HR in 8th
RED SOX’S PREVIOUS GAME: Red Sox 7, Yankees 6 on 4/21/07

GAME NOTES: The Red Sox have won 10 of 12 games heading into a short two game series with Toronto. The Sox took 2 out of 3 last week in the Rogers Centre and one of those wins was against Tomo Ohka. Doug Mirabelli hit one of the many solo shots hit by Boston in that game and he gets the start with Tim Wakefield pitching. Timmeh is having one of those months like September of 2005 where the knuckleball is straight up working. Ohka is hittable up in the zone and the bats are feeling it, so there’s a good chance of extending the win streak to six before Halladay enters town. Let’s do it, shall we?
