The story about Chris Berman picking his nose is spreading over the internet like wildfire. It’s like the story picked up by Deadspin regarding Berman picking up a woman saying, “You’re with me, Leather.” This is stuff you can’t make up.
Diamondsapphire who’s blog entry on her experience with Berman picking his nose on a flight has been getting a lot of reaction, some negative. People on The Big Lead are calling bullshit. She referred to my entry on her blog today.
She also left a comment on my original entry on the story:
I have a picture (with a date stamp) of him with my husband before the flight along with the airplane ticket. You can’t use cameras on the flight so that kinda ruins the ability to get proof.
In my original entry, I said her post was welcomed, but I was just wondering if there was proof.
I’m going to step up and say this happened. My worry was that there was no picture, but if she says one exists, I’m going to take Diamondsapphire’s word. Am I going to ask her to post the pic? That’s completely up to her. You’re with me, Diamondsapphire.
