ESPN’s Ombudsman Praises NBA Announcing Team, but Little Else

ESPN Ombudsman Le Anne Schreiber has her latest column. She praises the NBA team of Mike Breen, Mark Jackson and Jeff Van Gundy.

However, she criticizes the Sunday Night and Monday Night Baseball crews for not paying attention to the game action. Now some of that has to do with ESPN itself plugging programs or interviewing guests while the game is underway. Schreiber has some good stuff in her column today. I still prefer when George Solomon did it, but I like Schreiber’s points.
