Dallas Cowboys coach Wade Phillips can now be heard on radio ads for the NFL Network. And Cowboys owner Jerry Jones was in New York yesterday to support a City Councilman’s plan to offer arbitration for parties like the NFL Network that can’t come to an agreement for carriage. Fred Mitchell in today’s Chicago Tribune says the Bears radio team refuses to offer excuses for the team’s poor performance.
Mike Carmin of the Lafayette (IN) Courier and Journal says while people are unhappy they can’t watch games on the Big Ten Network, there’s not a mass exodus of cable subscribers to satellite.
