The honors continue to roll in for UConn Huskies junior center Hasheem Thabeet as today he was named to the AP All-America Second Team. Blake Griffin from Oklahoma was the only unanimous selection on the first team.
Pittsburgh and North Carolina led the way with two selections while the Big East had six representatives out of the 15 selected.
UConn’s Jeff Adrien and A.J. Price were also named Honorable Mention All-Americans.
