OTL looks at Rose’s ban 20 years later

I don’t understand how Rose can be kept out of the HoF as a player for something he did AFTER he left the game.  Ban him from the game?  Sure.  Keep him out of the hall for something that happened after he retired?  What sense does that make?

The tears in Joe Morgan’s eyes at the end make the whole thing worth watching.
