Caldwell on the preseason play of DE Marcus Howard: “He’s making progress, obviously. He’s made some big plays. He’s a guy with a lot of speed, talent and ability. Right now, it’s just his youth. He has to continue to mature. It’s his second year, so we’re expecting to really see quite an escalation in terms of production. We hope to see that before this preseason is over with.”
