Scary Note

Chappell chills us with this nugget:

Some of the Colts’ biggest offseason acquisitions greatly increased the size of their defensive line. The objective was to bulk up against the run, and adding four prospects added more than 1,200 pounds to the D-line.

At tackle, they re-signed 296-pound Ed Johnson, selected 303-pound Fili Moala in the second round and 319-pound Terrance Taylor in the fourth, then signed Adrian Grady, a 290-pound undrafted rookie.

So much for good intentions. Not one figures to see the field today.
