Last week, while watching the Cleveland Browns play Cincinnati, I wondered aloud “they bench Brady Quinn for bad play, but yet Braylon Edwards keeps starting….why?”
I have my answer.
The answer – he isn’t playing for Cleveland anymore.
Edwards was traded today to the New York Jets for WR Chansi Stuckey, special teams player Jason Trusnik, and two draft picks.
Good riddance, stone-fingers.
Next week, we will discuss the possibility that LeBron James helped force the trade, and whether or not LBJ will be at all inclined to join Edwards in his new city of employment.
