Both teams rely a lot on play-action, but the Colts are generally more willing to hand off out of the shotgun. Because of Manning, they also have no qualms about lining up with the clear intent to pass if a defensive formation is judged to be susceptible to it and Manning is more likely to back out from under center as he evaluates the defense.
