Johnny gets the ball rolling this morning
*WR Pierre Garcon may be a future Pro Bowl receiver in the making. It’s way too early to make that statement, and to reach that level, he will have to adapt his game and learn how to get open against double teams. That’s what WR Reggie Wayne has done to become first a Pro Bowl-level receiver and now one of the top two or three players at his position in the NFL. Garcon’s no lock to join Wayne and Marvin Harrison among the franchise’s top receivers in the Indianapolis, and it’s ludicrous to even discuss whether or not that’s possible, so we won’t. But there’s a level above pretty good and below where Wayne and Harrison exist that Garcon is starting to show he may be able to reach.
