In an interview with Phil Richards of the Indianapolis Star, Sanders said “I’ve been able to rehab myself back to pretty decent health where I can actually practice full time. [Organized team activities] have really gone well for me. The knee has been doing great. The arm has been doing great. I feel great.”
It is encouraging to see Sanders participating in team activities this early in summer, when he has typically been held out of participation by the team the last two summers. Still, it is too early to get hopes high for Sanders continued health and an impact over the duration of the coming season. If Sanders manages to stay health throughout training camp and participates in the pre-season there will be a bigger reason to get excited.
