As easy as it is to get “discouraged” by things like yesterday’s news regarding a few student athletes at The Ohio State University, the reality is that very few of our lives are truly impacted by the actions and decisions of these young adults.
Perspective wise, there are a lot more important things to be concerned with.
And when we have an opportunity to do something to make a difference, we should take it. Sure, it requires more of us than sitting at the computer or scrolling through our smartphone, but it’s the right thing to do.
Here’s a chance to do just that- our friend Rob Harley’s charity is having a golf outing in Hilliard Ohio on July 19. As you may remember, Harley Helping Hands is dedicated to to memory of Rob’s brother, Kit, and seeks to raise funds for families and persons whose lives are impacted by brain cancer.
Plus, you’ll get to rub elbows with some great people;
Play golf with our celebrity guests including members of the 2002 Ohio State Buckeyes National Championship Team – Rob Harley, Branden Joe, Andy Groom, Josh Huston, Simon Fraser, Steve Graef, Joe Bradley, Mike Nugent, and more! Along with members of the Columbus Blue Jackets Hockey Team and CBJ TV analyst Bill Davidge!
Early bird registration is July 3rd.
