• I am leery of the Colts’ offensive line. And I think Peyton Manning and company recognize it’s a weakness, as well.
In fact, I think they knew it last year, which handicapped the running game and didn’t allow a lot of deep drop backs and long passes. But with Jeff Saturday now out of the mix for a while, this weakness looked like even more of a liability Thursday — and that was against Buffalo.
The biggest worry with Saturday out of the lineup is the making of proper calls and adjustments, which can be complicated in this offense. Manning will make it all work, but it is something to keep an eye on with the Colts’ play calling.
