After finishing 18-16 with a berth in the NIT last season, the UConn Huskies men’s basketball team has been picked to finish 10th in the Big East for the 2010-11 season. The Huskies received 113 votes from the Big East head coaches.
Jaime Dixon’s Pittsburgh Panthers squad has been picked to win the conference and they are followed closely by Jay Wright’s Villanova Wildcats. The Syracuse Orange are picked to finish third with the Georgetown Hoyas and West Virginia Mountaineers rounding the top five.
