CBS Sports writer Dennis Dodd released his top 25 the other day. As you can tell by the headline and the fact this is a post on a blog titled ‘Bearcats Blog,’ Cincinnati has made the list. Dodd ranks the Cats at 21, which makes them his favorite for the AAC.
21. Cincinnati: Gunner Kiel had to land somewhere. The former can’t-miss (ahem) quarterback will be surrounded by 16 starters returning from a 9-4 team. We’ll know about the Bearcats Cinderella status after a Sept. 27 trip to Ohio State.
UCF is considered the favorite by just about everyone else. It’s nice to see UC land somewhere.
