Jordan Todman Named First Team All-America By SI.com; Hurd, Wilson Also Honored

Jordan Todman

We know that UConn Huskies running back Jordan Todman is considering heading to the 2011 NFL Draft and as the All-America honors keep pouring in, it could only be making his decision a little easier to go. Of course that’ll all depend on where he’s projected to be drafted.

Earlier on Wednesday, Todman was named a First-Team All-America by the Sporting News and now he’s also been named a First Team All-America by SI.com. Todman has also been named a Second-Team All-America by the Walter Camp Football Foundation and a Second-Team All-America by the AP.

In addition, he was named the 2010 Big East Offensive Player of the Year and was also named UConn’s MVP for the 2010 season.

And for the first time during all of these All-America Teams, two other members of the UConn football team were honored as SI.com named offensive lineman Zach Hurd and linebacker Lawrence Wilson to their Honorable Mention All-America Team.
