Over the weekend San Antonio Spurs’ Tony Parker and ASVEL faced Portland Trail Blazers’ Nicolas Batum and Sluc Nancy in a highly anticipated matchup between two of France’s best basketball players.
The game ended with Nancy defeating ASVEL 92-77 to remain undefeated (5-0) despite Parker flirting with a near triple-double finishing with 20 points, 8 rebounds and 9 assists thought only shooting 6-21 (28%) from the field and 0-3 from the three-point line.
Batum was spectacular on the court for Nancy recording 21 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists.
