New Orleans Hornets’ Jarrett Jack is day-to-day after suffering a sore right ankle. X-rays were taken and no structural damage was found. However, after sitting out the previous game against Denver, Jack is itching to make his way back to the court and could play against the San Antonio Spurs tomorrow night in San Antonio.

“If I took this ice bag off, you’d definitely see the swelling,” Jack said Thursday before the Hornets departed for San Antonio where they’ll play the Spurs on Friday night. “There’s some pain there, and in the back of my ankle. I’m trying to get as much treatment as much as humanly possible.”

Jack has played very well versus the Spurs this season. Check out what he has done in the two meetings against San Antonio this season (via nba.com).
