Men’s Ice Hockey
The men’s ice hockey team dropped a 3-2 game to Robert Morris on Friday night (12/7). Max McCormick and Matt Johnson scored for the Buckeyes. On Saturday (12/8), Ohio State rallied to tie Robert Morris 2-2. Devon Krogh and Craig Dalrymple scored for the scarlet and gray while goalie Brady Hjelle had 37 saves.
Men’s Swimming & Diving
The No. 10 Buckeyes posted their fourth consecutive win at the OSU Invitational last Saturday. Ohio State finished with 1,306 points, followed by 5th ranked Florida with 997.5 points. Shane Miszkiel led the way for the Buckeyes in diving, finishing the platform finals with a total score of 363.10. Jason Schnur had three victories in the invitational, including a win in the 100 freestyle with a season best time of 43.31.
Women’s Ice Hockey
The Buckeyes defeated the Rochester Institute of Technology by a score of 3-1 on Saturday (12/8). Hokey Langan, Minttu Tuominen, and Tina Hollowell all posted goals for Ohio State, now 13-5-1 on the season.
Women’s Swimming and Diving
The No. 16 Buckeyes finished third at the Ohio State Invitational last weekend with a total of 589 points. No. 11 Florida won the event with an overall score of 837 points followed by No. 6 Stanford with 815 points. Twenty-two Buckeyes finished with one or more NCAA “B” time standards and 18 made it to one or more championship finals.
