Rask appeared in 11 games in January, allowing 18 goals, giving him a 1.64 goals against average. In total, the 27-year-old Finnish netminder made 336 saves on 354 shots last month for a .949 save percentage.
Rask held opponents to two goals or less in nine of 11 games played in the month of January.
In 41 games this season, Rask has compiled a 22-11-7 (two shutouts) record while posting a 2.31 goals against average and .921 save percentage.
