After the Angels walk-off victory in Game 3, Angels fans, rather than relishing in the ALCS victory, diverted most of their attention the morning after, strangely enough, to Mariano Rivera’s alleged spitball in the 10th inning.

As for the game, many people think Joe Girardi traveled the path to the pitcher’s mound one too many times. And yeah, he might have over-managed just a tad….
Anyway, leave it to Fox Sports News to put up a seductive title to coincide with the story of the day, the “Mariano spits on balls” brouhaha.
Of course, it’d be much funnier if the abstract ended at “skipper off.”
