Bob and Dupree’s Week 10 NFL Picks Against the Spread

Dupree edged out Bob last week with a 6-7 record compared to his 5-8.  Bob fell to 5-4 on accurately picking the Game of the Week, as he said Chicago would beat Arizona and boy, was he wrong.  Chicago went ahead and lost to San Francisco in a Thursday night game that snuck up on everyone.  As a result, that game was not a part of this week’s picks.

Here are Bob’s:

I’m going with three underdogs this week and three of the worst: Detroit, KC, and Cleveland. I think KC will win in Oakland, although I don’t think Detroit and Cleveland will necessarily win — just cover. You have to believe Stafford bounces back from a 5 INT week last week in Seattle.  Nothing strong behind the KC pick other than the fact that JeMarcus Russel sucks.  Monday night game in Cleveland against rival Baltimore with a new QB under helm?  I’d like to think upset special, but I’ll settle for keeping it under eleven points.

I started the season 5-1 in picking the Games of the Week, but a four game losing streak has me wondering if I suck at that too.  I’m going with Dallas in Green Bay with Dallas beating the Pack in a close one.  Aaron Rodgers will probably be sacked 100 times by Demarcus Ware and Tony Romo is really clicking with ‘not their number one wide receiver, but sure looks like it’ Miles Austin.  That’s my pick of the week.
