There isn’t much to say about what the Tigers did this weekend. Getting swept in four games is one thing. Getting swept by the last place Cleveland Indians when you had a chance to take the division lead is a completely different story.
Here’s the basic rundown of what happened.
- The Tigers scored 8 runs in 4 games.
- The Indians played some good defense. Some really good defense.
- The Tigers played bad defense. Some really bad defense. Ryan Raburn even ran through a wall.
- Rick Porcello pitched 8 innings of one-run baseball last night….but the Tigers still lost.
Hopefully 7 straight games at Comerica Park will change this.
